The faculty of “Landscape Management and Nature Conservation” has been very successful in acquiring third-party funds, providing relevant and up-to date knowledge and case studies for teaching. Students are actively involved in ongoing cutting edge research projects through project assignments, theses and assistant work.

Research projects are conducted with multiple national and international partners but focus on the regional level.The vision of an integrative exploration of the natural and cultural landscape guides not only all lectures and seminars, but also our research and development activities.
