"The mission of Forest Information Technology (M.Sc.) is to offer high level educational opportunities in the field of information technologies with a focus on forestry and environment related applications. The programme is jointly developed, managed and accomplished by the University for Sustainable Development Eberswalde (University of Applied Sciences) and the Warsaw University of Life Sciences."

German students may send their applications to the University of Applied Sciences Eberswalde. Polish students may send their applications to the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. The application process for students from other countries is managed by the University of Applied Sciences Eberswalde including ASSIST.

The new semester started with new computer hardware and completely updated software in the computer pools.
