The HNEE offers first-semester students support from experienced students (Buddys), offering their help to give first-semesters an easy access into all the systems necessary for the online-education period (Corona forced learning systems).
Support will be available for topics including:
technical requirements for online-education period (corona related)
technical support with devices
setup and use of online-conference software (BigBlueButton)
use of HNEE Campus-Management-System EMMA+
application and setup for licensed software like Microsoft 365
lending and use of devices via the IT-Servicecenter
access to network drives (VPN â€“ access to university servers and interior offers)
use of virtual computer pools (online-access to computer-pool software for students and employees of the HNEE)

To make getting into the online-education period in the winter-semester 20/21 more easy, we offer multiple appointments with student tutors where some topics will be presented. Questions can be asked, and weâ€™ll work on solutions for occurring problems.
