The start of the winter semester 20/21 will be staggered this year. Please inform yourself about the start of the lecture period for your respective course of study as well as about possible important indroductory courses and introductory events, which may take place before the start of the lecture period. Start of the lecture period

The start of the regular lecture period for the Bachelor's programmes in Wood Technology (Bachelor and Bachelor dual, HT), Mechatronics in Wood Engineering (MT) and
all Master's programmes: Forest Information Technology (FIT), Forestry System Transformation (FST), Global Change Management (GCM), Regional Development and Nature Conservation (RUN), Management in Organic Agriculture (ÖAM), Education Sustainability Transformation (BNT) and Biosphere Reserves Management (BIOM), Wood Technology (HT), Sustainable Business Management (NU), Sustainable Tourism Management (NTM)
will be on 5.10.2020

The start of the regular lecture period for the Bachelor's programmes in Forestry (FW), International Forest Ecosystem Management (IFEM), Landscape Management and Nature Conservation (LN), Organic Farming and Marketing (ÖLV) and Business Management (UM)
will be on 2.11.2020

Possible introductory events and introductory courses for all study programs

Introductory courses and bridge courses are offered in many degree programs, some of which start one or two weeks earlier.
You can find information on this for the respective courses of study in the detailed information on the start of studies below.

We recommend that you take advantage of these offers, because here you will get to know important procedures and contact persons* as well as our campus management system EMMA+, where you can view your study plan, select your electives and receive teaching materials.

Please note that we will keep updating this page continuously until the start of the lecture if there are any changes in the schedule.

Offers for all first-year students

The ceremonial matriculation for all first-year students (Bachelor and Master) will take place on 28.10.2020 starting at 10:00 am, but not as announced as a face-to-face event, but exclusively online! Further information on can be found here shortly and will be sent by email.

Buddy programme for international university entrants

Please also note the Buddy-Programm of our university for international first-year students. If required, the HNEE match international first-year students with experienced students (buddies) who will help them to get an easy entry into the university and life in Eberswalde.

Buddy-IT programme for first-year students

Please also note the Buddy-IT program Buddy-IT-Programm of our university for first-year students. If required, the HNEE match first-year students with experienced students (buddies) who will help them get started an easy entry with the systems required for online studies (corona-related course parts). You can check and test this before you start your studies.
