DESCRIPTION:At Eberswalde University of Sustainable Development (HNEE)\, a
joint PhD and Postdoc Lunch will take place in August. This format will b
ring together doctoral researchers\, PhD candidates\, postdocs\, and other
early-career researchers in an open and shared setting – with the aim o
f strengthening interdisciplinary and cross-status exchange.\nIn the unive
rsity canteen\, participants will have the opportunity to connect over a s
hared lunch\, exchange experiences\, and build new networks in an informal
atmosphere.\nThe lunch is centered around open and informal exchange: whe
ther questions about the doctoral or postdoctoral phase\, insights into cu
rrent research projects\, or discussions about challenges and future persp
ectives – there is space for all topics related to academic career paths
.\nThe advisor for academic career development will also be present and av
ailable for questions\, input\, and individual support.\nThe joint PhD and
Postdoc Lunch is aimed at all those who are currently in a doctoral or po
stdoctoral phase\, or who are considering pursuing a PhD – regardless of
discipline or stage of their project. It offers an ideal opportunity to g
