Scholarships are one way of financing your studies. There are over 2000 funding programmes across Germany, ranging from political foundations and churches to private companies. But which scholarship should you apply for and what is important to sponsors when selecting scholarship holders?

Dear students,

have you always thought that scholarships are only for highly talented students with perfect grades and extraordinary commitment?

Convince yourself of the opposite and come to the Scholarship Information Event on Thursday, October 17, from 5 to 7 PM here at our University!

You will receive an overview of various funding programmes and scholarships, information on the application process and have the possibility to exchange with scholarship holders.

 

Programme

5 PM

Presentation of scholarships by the initiative ArbeiterKind and introduction by the the participating funding organisations (presentation language: German) - house 2, lecture hall 02.004

6 PM

Presentation of scholarships for international students (presentation language: English) - house 2, lecture hall 02.004

5:30 – 7 PM

Information stands of various funding programmes and scholarships and exchange with scholarship holders from HNEE and other universities (e.g. Heinrich Böll Stiftung, Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes, Edmund-Rehwinkel-Stiftung, HNEE Germany scholarship) foyer house 2

Interaction with participating funding organisations and their scholarship holders is only possible on-site.
