The mission of Forest Information Technology (FIT) (M.Sc.) is to offer high level educational opportunities in the field of information technologies with a focus on forestry and environment related applications.

Start of studies
A voluntary one-week intensive course in English, to facilitate the introduction to the English-language teaching of the study programme, or an introduction to the German language and culture, for a better understanding of your possibly new host country, is offered shortly before the start of the semester.
The introductory week for winter term 2021/22 starts on 20 September 2021.
All offers are expected to take place on-site in Eberswalde.
The opening session for the first semester students of the Faculty of Forest and Environment will start on Monday, 21st of September 2020 at 10:00 am in the big lecture hall (room 15.001 (H5), Wilhelm-Pfeil-Auditorium) at the Forest Campus (Waldcampus).
