Exchange programme at the HNEE

We are delighted that you are interested in a stay at the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development!
The Exchange Office offers international students and lecturers support with the application, financing and realisation of their exchange stay or studies at our university. We also support HNEE students in financing and organising their stay abroad at one of our international partner institutions - from the initial information to their return.

Step 1
If there is an existing university cooperation between your university and HNEE, you will be nominated by your university.
Freemovers, i.e. all those who do not have a cooperation agreement, should contact the Exchange Office directly at → exchange-hnee(at)hnee.de.
Step 2
You will receive a registration form and various lists, which you must complete and send to the Exchange Office at → exchange-hnee(at)hnee.de by the deadline.
Step 3
Once all documents are complete, they will be forwarded to the degree programme coordinator. They will then draw up the Learning Agreement (LA) together with you.
Step 4
As soon as the Learning Agreement has been signed by all parties, all of your documents will be forwarded to the Student Support Service. After final processing, you will be issued admission as an exchange student and sent an email.
Step 5
You have now been admitted to HNEE and will be advised on the next steps by our Welcome Team. We look forward to getting to know you personally.
