German Diversity Day is a nationwide day of action that highlights diversity in the world of work. It has been organised annually since 2012 by Charta der Vielfalt e. V. and takes place in companies and institutions. The day provides a platform to publicly demonstrate a commitment to diversity and an appreciative, unprejudiced work culture.

By signing the "Diversity Charter", HNEE has committed itself to creating an appreciative and respectful working environment and actively supporting the diversity of its employees.

The Diversity Charter certificate is a voluntary commitment to promoting diversity in the workplace.
