Under the motto “Living Diversity – Creating Visibility”, Eberswalde will host a diverse programme from 6 to 21 June 2025, focusing on acceptance, equality, and the celebration of diversity. The Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development Eberswalde (HNEE) is actively participating in Queer Weeks (Queere Wochen), joining forces with the City of Eberswalde and the CSD team to send out a strong message of tolerance and solidarity.

Queer Weeks will be officially opened on Friday, 6 June 2025, at 11:00 am by Markus Koenecke, Chancellor of HNEE. The event will take place in front of Building 1 on the university’s city campus (towards Friedrich-Ebert-Straße). Together with representatives from the City of Eberswalde and the CSD team, we will be making a visible statement for diversity, tolerance, and unity – colourful, loud, peaceful, and open to all!
