At Eberswalde University of Sustainable Development (HNEE), a joint PhD and Postdoc Lunch will take place in August. This format will bring together doctoral researchers, PhD candidates, postdocs, and other early-career researchers in an open and shared setting – with the aim of strengthening interdisciplinary and cross-status exchange.

In the university canteen, participants will have the opportunity to connect over a shared lunch, exchange experiences, and build new networks in an informal atmosphere.

The lunch is centered around open and informal exchange: whether questions about the doctoral or postdoctoral phase, insights into current research projects, or discussions about challenges and future perspectives – there is space for all topics related to academic career paths.

The advisor for academic career development will also be present and available for questions, input, and individual support.

The joint PhD and Postdoc Lunch is aimed at all those who are currently in a doctoral or postdoctoral phase, or who are considering pursuing a PhD – regardless of discipline or stage of their project. It offers an ideal opportunity to get to know the academic community at HNEE, gain new perspectives, and become part of a growing network.
