Minister Bettina Stark-Watzinger (FDP) of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research visited Eberswalde University. During a short tour around the campus, she showed great interest in the activities of the Biosphere Reserves Institute. The professors Vera Luthardt and Denise Matias presented the history of the Biosphere Reserves Institute and its fields of activity.
