Innovative teaching
Shaping the future together: committed, practical and digital
What will higher education look like in the future? Our answer: active, flexible and in tune with the times. We are transforming the way we learn and teach. We see societal changes and the digital transformation as an opportunity to continuously develop our university culture. Here, students are not only equipped with theoretical knowledge, but also acquire precisely the future-oriented skills needed to play an active role in shaping technological and societal change. For us, digitalisation is not just a buzzword, but an integral part of our daily lives across all areas – built on the strong foundations of our previous transfer project, the Digital Innovation and Learning Lab, whose successful work continues to shape our innovative teaching and learning culture today.
Our aim is to train pioneers of sustainability transformation - to this end, teachers become learning facilitators who focus on the acquisition of skills in the degree programme & offer digital teaching formats.

Innovative teaching requires the right space. Whether it’s state-of-the-art technology for media projects or flexible furniture layouts for collaborative teamwork: we strive to create forward-looking teaching formats that take digital studying, learning and assessment into account for students.
Inspiration & Society: Thinking outside the box
University life isn’t confined to the lecture theatre. We connect students with real-world societal challenges and give a voice to innovative approaches. Be inspired and help shape the debate.
