Student Service Centre

As the first point of contact for prospective students, applicants, and current students, the Student Service Centre team at HNEE is here to answer all your questions about studying — from application through to graduation and deregistration. Our staff at the Service Centre for Student Affairs, the Examinations Office, and the General Student Advisory Service provide support for all matters relating to your studies. Additionally, the team offers advice and information to students, lecturers, and employees planning to study or work abroad, or coming to HNEE from abroad. Our consulting hours

We currently offer the following open consulting hours in the Student Office for study and examination matters:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11:00 to 12:30 and Tuesday additionally from 13:30 to 14:30

Outside of these consulting hours, appointments can be made individually at studieren(at)hnee.de.

Please also use the central HNEE letterboxes at the post office (House 3, Stadtcampus) and at the main entrance of House 5, street side, Stadtcampus), which are emptied daily from Monday to Friday.
