Dr. Ana Filipa Ferreira participated in the Kristianstad University Biosphere Reserve Research Workshop, held in Kristianstad, within the Kristianstads Vattenrike Biosphere Reserve in Sweden.

In addition to presenting current research being developed at the BRI, the workshop provided an opportunity to present the master’s course Biosphere Reserves Management and to discuss potential research and educational collaboration opportunities.

Focusing on the Swedish context, while also offering perspectives from biosphere reserve research in Italy and Germany, the workshop brought together a diversity of stakeholders from Swedish biosphere reserves, as well as researchers and students.
