Deepening the Engagement with the SDGs through the Development and Implementation of innovative Learning Spaces
As part of the project, in collaboration with the Weißensee Academy of Art Berlin and the two Cuban partner universities, the Universidad Central ‘Marta Abreu’ de Las Villas (Santa Clara) and the Universidad de Sancti Spíritus ‘José Martí Pérez’ (Sancti Spíritus), as well as the Ecuadorian partner university Universidad Regional Amazónica Ikiam (Tena), innovative teaching and learning spaces relating to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals will be developed and implemented. The project is funded under the ‘SDG Partnerships’ programme of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) with funding from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
Transformation for a Sustainable Future in South-East-Asia - TranSEA
The interdisciplinary competence centre "Transformation for a Sustainable Future in South-East Asia" (TranSEA) aims to promote the further development and expansion of academic partnerships in South-East Asia and to strengthen the networking of the diverse activities and projects in the region. There are currently cooperation projects with partner universities in Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. By bundling the various activities and projects in the region, the aim is to develop planned conceptual projects in a more strategic manner, tap into synergies and establish and further expand interdisciplinary cooperation with partner universities in a targeted manner.
