The “LEAD³ – LEARN. EMPOWER. ADVANCE. DEVELOP.” project marks the launch of a nationwide gender equality initiative that aims to specifically support and advance women’s careers in the tourism industry. For this purpose, the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development (HNEE) is working together with twelve tourism companies and organisations, as well as the industry associations BTW and DRV. The project focuses on individual career development, structural change within organisations, and increasing awareness of equal opportunities across the sector.
