The aim of the CT laboratory is to generate and analyse data on the growth and structure of wood, from the raw log to the processed or reused beam or timber-based material, and to develop models. The aim is to use this data to draw conclusions and create predictive models for timber construction, timber technology and timber construction, which will enable the resource-conserving use of forests as a raw material and the development of new types of wood and applications.
