FORMULA investigates agroforestry systems and their contributions to people (Nature’s Contributions to People – NCP). The aim is to identify management options that optimise synergies and mitigate potential trade-offs arising from the integration of forestry elements into arable land.

The project will investigate the supply and demand of NCP in two agroforestry systems: at Gladbacherhof in Hesse and at the Großmutz site in Brandenburg (Germany). The two sites represent different production systems (organic and conventional) and environmental conditions.
