WaNdel!4 – Knowledge for Applied Sustainability in German Higher Education Institutions

The “WaNdel!4” project brings together four German higher education institutions with different organisational structures to work towards greater sustainability in higher education. In line with the “Whole Institution Approach” (WIA), the project will develop and test approaches to sustainable transformation in the areas of sustainable operations, climate protection and adaptation, and sufficiency-oriented use concepts. Several real-world experiments, implemented in established living labs, will contribute to this transformation and help stimulate societal learning processes.
