The overarching aim of the project Digital Services, Data Integration and Data Autonomy for a More Sustainable Tourism Industry (DIANA-T) is to enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the tourism industry and throughout the entire tourism value chain to participate in the digital value chain and the data economy. To achieve this, three solutions are being developed as prototypes and tested and refined through practical application in an iterative process.

Particular emphasis is placed on ensuring that the solutions developed are accessible and easy to use. This objective is ensured at an organisational level through the involvement of SMEs and practice partners throughout the entire development process: only a solution that is accessible and easy to use can be a useful and meaningful solution for our application and IT partners.

We are delighted to be part of this comprehensive project, in which we are working together with destinations (data providers) and data processors, as well as data analysts serving as an academic interface, to jointly develop solutions.
