The Schäfer schützen Network aims to sustainably strengthen sheep farming in the state of Brandenburg and make the profession of shepherd more attractive once again. Effective knowledge exchange and closer collaboration between sheep-farming businesses, advisory services and the scientific community have contributed to the development of resource- and climate-related innovations and their adaptation to conditions in Brandenburg.
