As part of the project, innovative teaching and learning spaces focusing on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals are being developed and implemented in collaboration with the Weißensee Academy of Art Berlin, the two Cuban partner universities, the Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas (Santa Clara) and Universidad de Sancti Spíritus “José Martí Pérez” (Sancti Spíritus), and the Ecuadorian partner university, Universidad Regional Amazónica Ikiam (Tena). The project is funded under the “SDG Partnerships” programme of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), with funding from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
